Guinness is a lively, friendly black Labrador cross with white markings. He was found in the cage outside the shelter in the pouring rain. Guinness was recently fostered as he had a problem with one of his ears - all mended now, but here is a note from his foster home:
'He is a lovely little chap, well trained and well behaved. Has no problem with other dogs or cats. Can be left on his own for a few hours without problem (doesn't howl, or chew things!) Likes to play fetch, which is the easiest way to tire him out without much effort, as he loves to run. He loves his walks, especially on the beach where he can plodge (doesn't want to swim) and is partial to his treats. He does not bite but he can be boisterous and jumps up, whether you're away 5 minutes or 5 hours the welcome is the same. He is a very loving dog who just wants to someone to love him back.'
An ideal smaller sized Labrador cross. A great family pet and companion.
